2. Purpose and activity

The website provides information about group trips, guided mountain and nature activities, and courses. Ecotour Experiences designs, coordinates and guides mountain and nature trips and activities; the services at the destination that it does not provide directly (accommodation, transport and local logistics) are contracted from local agencies and operators. Before each booking, you are given the departure documentation, with the identity and details of the organiser responsible for each service and the insurance cover that applies (see the booking terms). Using the website means accepting this notice and using it lawfully, without harming rights, systems or content.

3. Content and booking

We work to keep the information up to date, but an information page does not replace the proposal, information sheet or contract provided before a booking. Prices, dates, places and itineraries may change until written confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, brand, design and code belong to Ecotour Experiences or are used with authorisation. Commercial use or substantial reproduction is not permitted without permission, except for uses allowed by law.

5. Liability and links

We are not liable for unavoidable interruptions, for uses contrary to these terms, or for the content of linked third-party sites. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Consumers may go to the bodies and courts that have jurisdiction under consumer legislation.
